Please refer to the cut chart, and price list below to make your choices. Then phone, fax or email your order to us using the order form on this page. We will contact you to confirm price and shipping.

In addition to the price per pound listed below ($100.00 minimum order), we charge the actual cost of shipping plus a $12.00 shipping and handling fee. Your order is shipped frozen by either 2-day air or overnight delivery (your choice), and we ship at the beginning of the week so that your order will arrive before the weekend.
