All-American Lamb Burger

Makes 4 burgers

America’s favorite hamburger made with lamb!

  • 1 lb. ground lamb
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 slices white bread, crust removed
  • 1-2 tbsp. milk
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Your favorite hamburger toppings

Tear the white bread into small pieces in a large bowl. Add 2-3 tbsp of milk to the bread and mash until the bread and milk has formed a loose paste. Add the salt, pepper, and ground lamb and mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed. The meat will be slightly sticky. Form meat mixture into 4 patties and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Preheat grill. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping only once, or until the centers of the patties remain slightly pink. Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
