Lamb Chops

Remember - lamb chops

are the equivalent of a steak

and must be treated as such. Don’t

grill your chops till they are well done

unless you also like your steak this way!


  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1 recipe Marinade


  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Mix well all ingredients for the marinade. Place chops in a pan or large plastic bag; pour marinade over chops. Allow meat to marinate for 1 – 1 ½ hours. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill or broil loin chops for 3-4 minutes per side, or until meat is still slightly pink in the center. Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
